Anyone knows about wetlands

I am finally able to find maself a 5 acre but most of it is wetland..for a good price like $5k per acre in metro area.
county has it zoned A1 and no problem with goats, animals and vegetables as longs as I dont mess with the endangered plants..ideas?

Yeah - don't bother messing with wetlands. Having them on your property is a PITA - nevermind your whole property being wetlands.
